"It’s Saturday night and my tunnel vision is in full effect. With success I’ve learned that you must be willing to sacrifice and give up comfort and convenience in order to achieve your greatest potential.
You may have to give up hanging out with friends who drag you down rather than lift up your dreams. You may have to give up TV in order to have the time to read, study, and perfect your craft. You may have to give up sleep, your Saturday nights or your favorite foods. Everyone who’s achieved success has given something up.
It’s against our nature to give something up. You fight harder to keep from losing something than you fight to create something new. Now’s the time to break that pattern. Let go of what’s holding you back from achieving your dreams and ask yourself “am I living up to my greatest potential or down to my perceived limitations?”"
"I’ve met so many people over the last couple years, and I’ve realized that no matter what, you should always look to help other people. When you do look to surround yourself with others, make sure they are driven and motivated, make sure they are not satisfied with mediocrity, and make sure they are just as hungry to achieve that greatness you desire. As I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that I’m always learning and absorbing, a successful person is always looking to lend a hand and help others, the person you don’t want to be around is the one that asks “what’s in it for me?” Take a second to evaluate the people in your life, and make the necessary changes, I did, and I haven’t looked back since. #thinkaboutit 🙏"
